Sell Land As-Is

Do not spend money clearing, surveying or preparing the parcel just to find out whether HSPG is interested.

Direct HSPG Review

Your land goes to HSPG for acquisition review instead of being presented as a generic public seller lead.

Move With Purpose

Tell us if timing matters. HSPG can move the review forward as quickly as the parcel, ownership, title and due diligence reasonably allow.

Stay in Control

There is no obligation to sell because you submitted land or received an offer. You decide whether the written terms work for you.

What HsHLand Reviews

Vacant lots, acreage and difficult land situations.

HSPG evaluates the property itself together with access, location, title, taxes, market conditions and transaction feasibility. Not every parcel will fit a direct acquisition, but owners do not need to determine that before submitting.

Safe, Clear, Professional

Know Who You Are Dealing With Before You Sign Anything.

Confidence comes from a transparent process—not pressure.

Clear Company Identity

Highstreet Property Group LLC is identified throughout the site as the investment company reviewing your land.

No-Fraud Policy

HSPG verifies property-owner identification and ownership/authority status before a transaction proceeds. This protects sellers, HSPG and the integrity of the transaction.

Written Terms

You can review the purchase terms and transaction documents before deciding whether to proceed.

Professional Closing

Title, settlement and closing requirements are handled through the appropriate transaction professionals and written closing process.

No Fee to Submit

HSPG does not charge a property owner an application fee simply to submit land for acquisition review.

You Stay in Control

Requesting a review or receiving an offer does not require you to sell. You decide whether the proposed terms work for you.

Protect yourself from impersonation and payment scams.

HSPG will not ask for your email password, banking password, one-time security code, gift card, cryptocurrency payment, or a fee just to review your property. If a communication claiming to be from HsHLand or HSPG seems suspicious, stop and contact us using the phone number or email published on HsHLand.com.

Questions

Common land seller questions.

Do you buy vacant land?

HsHLand is specifically designed for vacant residential lots, acreage, rural land and selected development opportunities.

What if my parcel does not have a street address?

Use the nearest known road or location and include the parcel, APN, folio or tax account when available.

Do I need a survey before submitting?

No. A survey can be useful later, but it is not required just to submit the parcel for review.

What if there are access, wetland, soil or utility questions?

Include what you know. HSPG can consider those issues during due diligence.

Am I required to accept an offer?

No. Submitting land creates no obligation to sell or accept an offer.

What if listing the property makes more sense?

When Florida brokerage representation or an MLS listing is appropriate, that relationship is handled separately through Real Estate Kingz LLC.
